25 years ago, I couldn't articulate vision either.
When I started in ministry, I was the pastor who couldn't name his church's vision in one sentence. I had passion. I had calling. But I didn't have clarity. And without clarity, I was leading my team into fog.
Over 25 years and 3,000+ churches, I learned what works (and more importantly, what doesn't). I built the Vision Frame. I developed the Pivvot process. I wrote eight books trying to hand what I learned to other leaders.
